Job summary

Temasek, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore, seeks a stakeholder engagement professional to deepen and manage Temasek’s institutional relations, including coordinating meetings, publications distribution, and stakeholder platforms.

The successful candidate will analyse geopolitical and economic developments, build a network of partners, and coordinate multi-team activities across Temasek’s IR and Public Affairs functions. Based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, presentation and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor strategic issues in priority markets affecting Temasek’s investment space.
• Plan and support delegation visits by foreign government and corporate stakeholders, including logistics.
• Prepare and coordinate meeting materials, briefs, and notes.
• Provide administrative support for stakeholder engagement platforms and events.
• Coordinate distribution of Temasek Review publications and maintain stakeholder databases.
• Collaborate with Institutional Relations and Public Affairs teams to support engagement activities.
