Job summary

Bank of Singapore Limited is seeking an experienced professional to join the Chief Investment Office, focusing on investment risk monitoring, governance, and framework oversight. The role requires a strong risk mindset and hands-on ability with risk systems.

You will configure and automate monitoring in Aladdin and Bloomberg AIM, engage with senior management and cross-functional teams to enhance risk frameworks and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• A university degree in Finance/quantitative discipline preferred.
• CFA, FRM or ESG certification an advantage.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment risk management.
• Experience translating investment guidelines into coded risk rules and automating monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Monitor adherence to investment risk frameworks and client restrictions.
• Escalate material risk findings and propose framework enhancements.
• Oversee governance of risk rule coding in Aladdin and Bloomberg AIM.
• Maintain and update process documentation for Risk & Performance team.
• Collaborate with CIO, COO and CRO to improve governance and reporting processes.
• Provide concise risk updates to senior management.
