Job summary

SUMMIT TALENT PTE. LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an investment professional to support acquisitions and portfolio initiatives within a growing hospitality and real estate group.

You will research and assess property and investment opportunities, prepare financial analyses and valuations, assist with due diligence, and monitor assets to identify value-enhancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in real estate investment, asset management, corporate finance or transaction advisory.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.

Responsibilities
