Job summary
SUMMIT TALENT PTE. LIMITED is seeking an experienced investment professional to evaluate opportunities, model returns and support transactions across its hospitality and real estate assets in Singapore.
You will work closely with senior management on strategic investments and perform market research and due diligence. The role requires a degree in finance or a related field and at least four years of experience in real estate investment, asset management or advisory, along with strong financial
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business or related discipline.
- Min 4 years' experience in real estate investment, asset management, corporate finance or transaction advisory.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of property investments and transaction processes.
- Commercially minded, detail-oriented and proactive.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate new property and investment opportunities.
