Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Background in Real Estate Investments, Asset Management, Fund Management, Banking, Investment Management, Advisory/Consulting, Infrastructure, or Financial Services.
• Good understanding of real estate finance, investment analysis, financial modelling, valuation, and asset management.
• Experience supporting investment, asset management, portfolio management, or transaction teams.
• Familiarity with asset-level financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support real estate investment and asset management activities through financial analysis, reporting, and operational coordination.
• Assist with asset-level and portfolio-level performance monitoring, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and financial review processes for real estate assets.
• Analyze operating performance, cash flows, leasing metrics, occupancy trends, and key asset performance indicators.
• Coordinate information flow between internal teams, operating partners, advisors, and external stakeholders.
• Assist with preparation of investment committee materials, management presentations, and senior leadership reports.
• Liaise with investor-facing teams to support investor reporting and communication requirements.
• Maintain investment records, financial databases, valuation trackers, and portfolio dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications
