Job summary

Cambridge Associates Asia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate for its Investment Operations team. The role focuses on trade execution, lifecycle management, AML/KYC support, client communication, and data stewardship across EMEA and APAC clients.

You will collaborate with Portfolio Implementation, Treasury Operations, legal, compliance, and external partners while delivering precise, timely service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of related work experience preferred.
• Experience with trade implementation/execution, settlement related processes, and treasury/cash management would be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute with precision.
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment and balance competing priorities.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in a client servicing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
• Professional, focused, and disciplined approach to work responsibilities.
• Experience in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• All candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore without sponsorship or restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Trade Execution & Lifecycle Management: complete subscription and redemption documentation for funds across asset classes.
• AML/KYC & Risk Management: facilitate AML/KYC for subscription and redemption transactions with the Client Information Management Team.
• Client Service & Communication: monitor client inboxes and coordinate communication between internal teams, managers, and clients.
• Client Data Management & Asset Transfers: maintain accurate client information and coordinate asset transfers.
• Investment Expertise & Market Awareness: stay informed on investment product types, vehicles, and asset classes.
• Technology & Operational Excellence: master applications supporting CA's trading and treasury workflows.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: work with Portfolio Implementation and Treasury Operations and external partners.
• Project Participation & Training: contribute to projects and participate in training of others.
