Job summary

Temasek Holdings seeks an Associate/Senior Associate on a 12-month contract in Global Transaction Services. The role supports trading and investment teams, validates trade details and records investments across asset classes, including corporate actions, with a focus on process improvements and SOP maintenance.

The candidate should bring a degree in finance or related field, strong communication, analytical and multitasking abilities, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with relevant experience in middle/back-office securities operations.
• Able to multitask and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial markets and products.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to trading and investment teams
• Validate trade details against confirmations and matching in CTM Omgeo
• Record investments across various asset classes
• Manage corporate actions and proxy voting events, including monitoring upcoming events, recording entitlements and notifying relevant internal stakeholders
• Liaise with internal stakeholders for decision outcome and process instructions
• Drive ongoing internal process enhancements through automation based on industry best practices
• Assist and maintain SOP documentation
