Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) is seeking a driven professional to join the Reserve Management Department. You will help strengthen control frameworks, manage investment mandates, and support portfolio operations with internal and external stakeholders.

You will review contracts, coordinate risk management, and drive data/system enhancements while coordinating procurement and governance activities across departments. Singapore citizenship is preferred for this contract role.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in legal, compliance and operations.
• Team player with good project management skills, able to manage multiple ongoing projects.
• Proficient in using and learning technology, systems and databases.
• Self-starter with a proven ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of equity, fixed income, or FX is preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with fund managers, transition managers, custodians and internal stakeholders to ensure timeliness in onboarding and terminating investment mandates, executing transfers between accounts, and providing operational support for portfolio administration.
• Review and negotiate contracts with fund managers and other service providers to ensure regulatory compliance and internal policies.
• Assist with administration of data and IT systems and liaise with service providers to enhance system functionalities and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to explore automation and integration of new technologies in current workflows.
• Support risk management, governance and procurement activities across departments.
