Job summary

Prudential plc is seeking a detail-oriented Investment Operations professional to support the Lead of Investment Management in managing ILP fund activities, governance, and initiatives. The role focuses on operational ownership, automation, and delivering efficient investment solutions for customers and partners.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in investment operations or related financial services, with exposure to investment-linked products.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment operations, fund administration, investment products, wealth management, asset management, or related financial services.
• Exposure to investment-linked products, unit trusts, mutual funds, or investment operations would be advantageous.
• Experience in process improvement, automation, system enhancement projects, or UAT would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ILP fund activities including corporate actions, fund changes, closures, dividends, rebalancing, and fund documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external fund managers for timely execution of fund-related activities.
• Maintain fund information, documentation, and customer-facing content across platforms, ensuring accuracy and governance compliance.
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational enhancements to improve efficiency, controls, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and controls to support effective and sustainable practices.
• Support digitalisation, system enhancement, and transformation initiatives, including testing and implementation of process changes.
• Support the development, launch, and ongoing management of investment products, funds, and investment solutions, including review of product specifications and customer communications.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation activities for new products, fund launches, and system enhancements.
• Support broader investment initiatives and strategic projects, including index-related business activities and other investment management priorities.
• Prepare approval papers, management reports, and presentations, and provide fund and product-related support to internal stakeholders, distributors, customers, and external partners.
