The ideal candidate brings deep transaction experience, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine investment theses aligned with corporate strategy and growth priorities.
• Source, evaluate, and execute opportunities, including comprehensive financial, commercial, legal, and operational due diligence.
• Build and own detailed financial models, valuations, and sensitivity analyses to inform decision-making.
• Lead workstreams across negotiations, structuring, documentation, and closing, partnering closely with legal and external advisors.
• Prepare investment committee materials and present clear recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor market dynamics, regulatory developments, and competitive activity to identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage portfolio value creation initiatives post-investment in collaboration with management teams.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with investment banks, advisors, co-investors, and industry partners.
• Oversee transaction timelines and deliverables to ensure disciplined and timely execution.
• Uphold compliance with internal governance, risk, and all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
