Job summary

Julius Baer in Singapore invites high-potential graduates to join an 18-month Graduate Programme with three dynamic rotations, including an international assignment. You'll gain hands-on experience across wealth-management campaigns and client communications, building a global network.

You'll work in Global Products & Solutions, collaborating with investment, product, marketing and sales teams to shape campaigns, content, and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Analytical, research, and content development skills are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of investment campaigns across markets and channels.
• Develop and review investment-related content and communications for clients and advisors.
• Collaborate with Global Products & Solutions, CIO/Research, and Marketing teams.
• Help drive client engagement through targeted content and communications initiatives.
• Gain exposure to a broad range of investment products and how they are positioned to clients.
• Contribute to campaign delivery and the measurement of campaign effectiveness.
• Develop an understanding of the wealth management value chain from research to client engagement.
