Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant wealth management experience or frontline support.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• MAS Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture a strong client base through proactive outreach and teamwork.
• Deliver expert investment advice and responsive service tailored to client needs.
• Develop client relationships through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
• Engage with Associate Relationship Manager community to share best practices.
