Job summary

La Royale Group in Singapore seeks an Investment Associate to support evaluation, execution and ongoing management of investments across our global portfolio. Based in Singapore, you will work with the Group CFO and senior management through the full investment lifecycle—from screening and due diligence to transaction execution and portfolio monitoring.

This hands-on role offers significant ownership in a lean team and direct exposure to investment decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in investment banking, private equity, venture capital or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Experience with due diligence and deal structuring.
• Exposure to early-stage, growth or minority investments is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commercial curiosity.
• Discreet handling of sensitive financial information.

Responsibilities

• InvestmentAnalysis & Execution – evaluate opportunities, conduct financial modeling and due diligence; prepare recommendations.
• Portfolio Management – monitor performance, track exposure and prepare updates for senior management.
• Origination & Screening – screen opportunities and support sourcing and pipeline maintenance.
