Qualifications

• 3-5 years' relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, transaction advisory or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Sound understanding of transaction structures and due diligence.
• Exposure to early-stage, growth or minority investments is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, commercial curiosity and the ability to work independently.
• Discreet and comfortable handling sensitive financial and commercial information.

Responsibilities

• Investment analysis & execution across the full lifecycle including screening, due diligence and closing.
• Portfolio monitoring and management of financial and operational performance.
