Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or any other related disciplines.
• Proficient in Power BI to create Dashboard, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Skills in using Macro will be advantageous.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and a strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and feasibility on deal opportunities
• Support macro and research on fund/investment opportunities
• Provide analytical support to the team in building financial models
• Assist in understanding and mitigating deal risks and preparing investment materials
• Support due diligence and portfolio monitoring of assets and funds
