CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) is seeking a high-potential student to assist in market research, feasibility analyses, and due diligence for deal opportunities. You will support macro research, build financial models, and help prepare investment materials in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, with Macro skills considered advantageous, as CLI continues to grow its asset management platform across Asia and beyond.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or any other related disciplines.
• Proficient in Power BI to create Dashboard, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Skills in using Macro will be advantageous.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and a strong willingness to learn.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and business/investment feasibility on deal opportunities
• Support the team in macro and research on fund/investment opportunities
• Provide analytical support to the team in working out financial model
• Assist the team in understanding and mitigating deal risks and concerns
• Assist the team in preparing business/investment approval material
• Support the team on investment due diligence
• Assist the team on portfolio monitoring and investment performance of the assets and the fund
• Assist in any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or any other related disciplines
• Proficient in Power BI to create Dashboard, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Skills in using Macro will be advantageous
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment as well as a right attitude and passion to learn new things
• Detail-oriented and meticulous individual and able to identify big picture
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
