KMXK Investment Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Investment Analyst to support investment research, due diligence and portfolio monitoring. You will work closely with the principal and investment team to assess opportunities and prepare recommendations.

The role involves researching macroeconomic trends, analysing financial statements, building models and preparing memoranda. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, rigorous analysis and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• Finance, accounting, economics or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Ability to analyse financial statements and apply valuation methods.
• Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis and modelling, and PowerPoint for investment presentations.
• Research skills and the ability to develop evidence-based investment assessments.
• Written and verbal communication skills for investment memoranda and presenting findings.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the investment team.
• Discretion when handling confidential investment information.
• Experience in investment research, financial analysis, asset management or related field is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Research macroeconomic developments, industries and investment themes.
• Screen investment opportunities against the family office’s objectives.
• Analyse financial statements, models, valuations and risks.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to assess potential returns and risks.
• Conduct due diligence on prospective investments and fund managers.
• Evaluate fund strategies, track records, fees and liquidity.
• Participate in meetings with management, fund managers and counterparties.
• Prepare investment memoranda outlining thesis, analysis, risks and recommendations.
• Monitor portfolio performance, exposures and updates.
• Prepare portfolio reviews to support allocation, follow-on investments and exits.
