Job summary

PARALLEL ADVISORS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and inventory control at our Singapore facility. You will operate pallet jacks, update records, and maintain safe, tidy work areas while contributing to a productive team environment.

The role requires basic English/ Mandarin communication, 5-day work week, and the ability to work independently or with others. Experience in manufacturing or logistics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to operate pallet jack safely.
• Able to understand and communicate work instructions in English and/or Mandarin.
• Good attendance, punctuality and working attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills are preferred. (Microsoft Excel).
• Previous work experience in manufacturing or logistics industry will be preferred.
• Physically able to handle movement of goods
• 5-day working week.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, checking, put-away, picking, loading and unloading of import and export cargoes.
• Handle packing, palletizing and physical inventory counting.
• Use computer to update inventory records (receiving, storage, and issuance).
• Conduct stock take and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate pallet jack for movement and storage of goods.
• Ensure goods and material handling equipment are handled properly and safely.
• Maintain good housekeeping and a safe working environment.
• Assist with other warehouse, logistics and admin duties as assigned.
• Aid in production works as necessary.
