Job summary

You will receive, distribute and maintain stock, ensure optimal levels and monitor consumption to prevent shortages. The role requires accuracy in invoices, PO matching and monthly stock reporting. The successful candidate will maintain documentation of goods received and issued, perform related duties as assigned and contribute to smooth warehouse

Responsibilities

• 1.Manage store Inventory & handle sales cash.
• 2.Receive ,distribute and maintain adequate quantities of stock at all times.
• 3.Maintain optimal stock levels.
• 4.Maintain stock and consumption records.
• 5.Check incoming materials for quality against invoices,purchase orders and packing slips or other documents.
• 6.Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against eash invoice.
• 7.Keeps and updates records of good received and issued.
• 8.Complies report of expenditure,and monthly stock report.
• 9.Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
