Job summary

Wee Seng Marine & Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a store clerk to manage inventory, handle cash sales, and ensure stock is available and accurate.

You will receive, distribute and maintain quantities, and keep up-to-date records of goods received and issued. You will check incoming materials against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips, note receipts against each invoice, and prepare monthly stock reports.

Responsibilities

• 1. Manage store Inventory & handle sales cash.
• 2. Receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities of stock at all times.
• 3. Maintain optimal stock levels.
• 4. Maintain stock and consumption records.
• 5. Check incoming materials for quality against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents.
• 6. Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice.
• 7. Keeps and updates records of good received and issued.
• 8. Complies report of expenditure, and monthly stock report.
• 9. Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
