TEAM ENGINEERING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented stores and inventory associate to manage stock levels, process sales cash, and ensure accurate records. You will verify incoming materials against invoices and packing slips to maintain quality control.

Responsibilities include receiving and distributing stock, recording usage and expenditures, updating goods received and issued records, and preparing monthly stock and expenditure reports to support financial tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Manage store inventory by tracking stock levels and handling sales cash accurately
• Receive and distribute stock to maintain adequate quantities at all times
• Maintain optimal stock levels to support store operations efficiently
• Record stock usage and consumption to monitor inventory flow
• Inspect incoming materials for quality by comparing them against invoices, purchase orders, and packing slips
• Document receipt of items clearly against each invoice for accurate record-keeping
• Update and maintain records of goods received and issued to ensure inventory accuracy
• Prepare expenditure reports and monthly stock reports to support financial tracking
• Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned to support store operations
