Job summary

NEXBRIDGE Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse/storekeeper in Singapore to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials. You will verify PO requirements, inspect goods on arrival, and maintain organized, secure storage areas.

You will also ensure proper labeling, FIFO dispatch, and accurate data entry into the ERP system, supporting inventory accuracy and timely deliveries. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to GMP/QA protocols as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Check that all incoming documents match the Purchase Order requirements upon supplier delivery
• Inspect incoming materials to ensure they are free from damage and pest infestation
• Ensure all raw materials, components and products are properly identified and kept in their designated places
• Ensure the store facility is structurally intact to prevent deterioration or damage of products, and secured from unauthorised access
• Maintain an uncluttered, clean and controlled store space to prevent mix-ups, cross contamination and pest infestation
• Maintain clear segregation and designation of space for Receiving, Quarantine and Finished Goods
• Practise First-In, First-Out (FIFO) when dispatching raw materials, components and products
• Update all incoming and outgoing material information in the ERP system
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
