Job summary

FairPrice Group Supply Chain invites a Specialist, Inventory & Flow Management to balance product availability with cost efficiency across fulfillment centres. You will drive S&OP, forecast accuracy, and procurement with data analytics, while aligning with upstream partners to support inventory health.

You will set up smarter replenishment, optimise DOS/ISR, and lead process improvements using ERP/FNR tools and BI capabilities. Singapore-based role with cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand/Supply Planning, or Retail Operations.
• Proven track record in fast-paced grocery, FMCG, or e-commerce with perishable/short-shelf-life inventory.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data manipulation and forecasting.
• Experience configuring or leading ERP/FNR software implementations (SAP, RELEX, Blue Yonder, Oracle).
• Ability to translate complex data analytics into high-level executive summaries; familiarity with BI tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Change management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong negotiation and influence to balance priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process and align Commercial, Finance and Logistics teams.
• Implement, optimize, or migrate advanced FNR tools; reduce Excel dependency.
• Design proactive promotion or markdown strategies for slow-moving, overstocked or near-expiry inventory.
• Develop and execute short-term demand forecasts using market inputs and trends.
• Manage inventory replenishment with POs and stock transfers.
• Drive forecast accuracy and procurement discipline via data analytics.
• Monitor inventory health; balance DOS and ISR to maximize availability and minimize costs.
• Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment across warehouses, suppliers, and marketplaces.
