GMP Technologies in Singapore seeks a skilled supply chain planner to monitor demand and coordinate forecasting and inventory. You will work with Project Managers to schedule meetings, prepare draft forecasts, and maintain forecast data across SAP and procurement systems.

The role requires strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/TM1), proficiency in Power BI and Excel, and the ability to optimise inventory levels for Singapore and regional operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply planning and demand forecasting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor demand and plan supply accurately
• Plan, schedule and conduct inventory/forecast meetings with Project Manager
• Analyse and prepare draft forecast submissions
• Complete and submit accurate forecast data
• Maintain and process forecast / procurement system requirements
• Set limits for and approve forecasts
• Ensure slow moving targets are achieved via constant monitoring / actions
• Establish processes to track inventory level across products, in the immediate and long term
• Monitor and track DOS, forecast accuracy
• Synchronise supply chain activities to support Singapore and region office
• Integrate processes across stakeholders to ensure information visibility in customer demand, supply / anticipated productions, material in transit
• Process procurement data weekly
• Maximise drop ship as per business rules
• Process purchase orders as determined
• Receive, prepare and maintain product price in SAP
• Manage missing price items with Product Manager, price revision with Japan HQ, File Price approval / release
• Perform SAP operation transaction
• Download weekly shipping OB schedule, send delivery schedule

Stock Allocation management

• Allocation for Forecast, additional request and excess stock to sales companies
• Weekly allocation of stocks to Sales companies for shipment
• Prompt respond to Sales companys enquiry / additional stock request

Key Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of supply chain functional areas including but not limited to supply planning and demand forecasting, inventory management
• Working knowledge of computerized ERP environment, preferably SAP systems, TM1 system
• Good with Power BI, Microsoft excel, and MS office tools
• Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
