Job summary

A construction company in Singapore seeks an Inventory Manager to oversee the Inventory Management System, ensuring accuracy in records for incoming and outgoing shipments. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction, with additional emphasis on rail projects in Singapore. The role requires proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with strong communication skills. This position typically involves conducting physical counts and generating inventory reports.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years working experience in inventory management.
• Preferably with construction experience.
• Rail experience with LTA project in Singapore would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage Inventory Management System for accurate records.

Job description

Manage Inventory Management System (Key fields) to record inventory – incoming/outgoing goods

Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments of physical parts against shipping documents and ensure accuracy

Update daily and timely on all incoming/ outgoing stock accurately Report immediately to TSA Manager

Timely update to internal departments/customs with order reports.

Maintain and update the Inventory Management Reports, and generate inventory reports

Conduct physical cycle count and stock take – monthly/quarterly/yearly

Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Meticulous, proactive, independent, and responsible individual.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
