TDCX is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor for Defense Logistics in Singapore. The role leads stocktaking teams, manages the annual schedule, and coordinates with client representatives to keep monthly stocktake lists accurate.

You will oversee inventory records, ES‑WMS integration, and supervise counts across warehouses and naval vessels to ensure timely updates and audit readiness.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of operational experience in warehouse management or stocktaking.
• Experience in coordinating stocktaking activities and audits.
• Ability to work with client representatives and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deploy stocktaking teams for daily inventory counts and audits.
• Manage the annual stocktake schedule to ensure full coverage.
• Coordinate with client representatives to prepare monthly stocktake lists.
• Oversee inventory record creation and ES ↔ WMS integration.
• Supervise physical stock counts across warehouses and vessels with timely updates.
• Verify records, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly/annual stocktake reports for client review and audit compliance.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by Site/Program Lead.

Job Description

• Lead and deploy stocktaking teams for daily inventory counts and scheduled audits.
• Manage the annual stocktake schedule to ensure full inventory coverage.
• Coordinate with client representatives to prepare monthly stocktake lists.
• Oversee inventory record creation and system integration between Enterprise Systems (ES) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Supervise physical stock counts across warehouses, base facilities and naval vessels, ensuring timely system updates.
• Verify inventory records, investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with warehouse teams.
• Prepare and submit monthly and annual stocktake reports for client review and audit compliance.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by the Site / Program Lead.

Job Requirements
