Job summary

TDCX Singapore is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor for defense logistics in the public sector, based in Changi. The role leads stocktaking teams, manages annual stocktake schedules, and coordinates with client reps to prepare monthly stocktake lists.

You will oversee ES-WMS system integration, supervise counts across warehouses and naval vessels, investigate discrepancies, and prepare monthly and annual stocktake reports for audit compliance under a 2-year renewable contract.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of operational experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or stocktaking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deploy stocktaking teams for daily inventory counts and scheduled audits.
• Manage the annual stocktake schedule to ensure full inventory coverage.
• Coordinate with client representatives to prepare monthly stocktake lists.
• Oversee inventory record creation and system integration between Enterprise Systems (ES) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Supervise physical stock counts across warehouses, base facilities and naval vessels, ensuring timely system updates.
• Verify inventory records, investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with warehouse teams.
• Prepare and submit monthly and annual stocktake reports for client review and audit compliance.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by the Site / Program Lead.
