Job summary

Lotte Duty Free stores in Changi Airport are seeking an Inventory Control Assistant to strengthen governance of cycle counts and stock checks. You will partner with Operations, Finance and Logistics to ensure accuracy, reporting any variances and maintaining stock records across the retail portfolio.

Responsibilities include executing routine counts, updating records, and supporting price tag checks and stock validation to prevent loss and improve efficiency at the Singapore location.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail inventory control.
• Familiarity with cycle counting methods.
• Ability to collaborate with Operations, Finance and Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, weekly, periodic cycle counts and stock checks.
• Report findings to Inventory Control Supervisor.
• Coordinate with Retail Operations to resolve inventory issues requiring physical checks.
• Assist in validating count results for cycle counts and stock takes.
• Liaise with Operations to print price tags and manage stock records.
