Job summary

CEVA Logistics Solutions Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Inventory Officer to manage and maintain accurate warehouse inventory records, perform daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support customer audits and queries. You will ensure stock movements are recorded in the WMS/ERP and collaborate with Receiving, Picking, Packing, Shipping teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies to maintain a safe workplace.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS and ensure physical records match.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and identify issues like shortages or wrong locations.
• Investigate variances, coordinate with warehouse operations, and implement corrective actions.
• Support customer inventory audits and prepare audit records.
• Respond to customer inventory queries promptly and accurately.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports and variance reports.
• Monitor stock movements and ensure transactions are recorded correctly.
• Ensure timely and accurate data in the WMS/ERP system.
• Perform root cause analysis to improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with Receiving, Picking, Packing, Shipping teams to resolve issues.
• Track inventory statuses (available, blocked, damaged, quarantine).
• Maintain records of counts, adjustments, audits, and communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory control processes.
