CEVA Logistics Solutions Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Inventory Officer to manage and maintain precise stock records in the warehouse. You will perform daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support customer inventory audits with prompt, accurate responses.

Responsibilities include maintaining WMS data accuracy, generating routine inventory reports, and addressing stock variances. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and efficient inventory movement control in a dynamic

Competenze

1+ year of warehouse experience.
Inventory reporting is a plus.

Mansioni

Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies to maintain a safe workplace.
Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensure physical inventory matches system records.
Conduct daily cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
Monitor inventory accuracy and identify shortages, overages, misplacements, damaged stock, and system errors.
Investigate variances and coordinate with warehouse operations for corrective actions.
Support customer inventory audits and prepare audit records.
Respond to customer inventory queries with timely, accurate information.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports and variance analyses.
Monitor and control stock movements and inventory transactions.
