Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Inventory Control Senior Executive to oversee parts inventory operations at the West site. You will ensure stock availability to support dealers and assist with inventory management using our systems.

The role requires 2–5 years of related experience, a Diploma or Degree in Business or SCM, and strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills. You will coordinate with 3PL partners and contribute to monthly reports and budget processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business or Supply Chain Management.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage Parts Inventory & Control operation.
• Dealer Inventory Support.
• Parts provision analysis & report.
• Liaise with 3PL (3rd Party Logistics).
• Monthly Inventory Aging, Balance, and reports.
• Annual consignment stock-take at dealers' site.
• Monthly MS Power Point report slides preparation.
• Support in the purchase budget.
• Support in Company brand transition.

• 1. Manage Parts Inventory operation and ensure sufficient stock to support dealers
• 2. Support dealers in inventory management through use of inventory system.
• 3. Support 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) cost budgeting and management
