Job summary

Corlison Private Limited in Singapore is seeking a warehouse operator to maintain 100% stock accuracy and manage cycle counts to ensure smooth receiving, storage and replenishment.

You will use a Warehouse Management System, perform daily stock checks, and coordinate with QA/Procurement on disposition of held, rejected or non-conforming items. This full-time role follows a 5.5-day workweek and requires safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a warehouse environment with inventory management experience.
• Able to carry loads up to 30kg.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good written/spoken English.
• Forklift/Reach Truck license is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy and ensure smooth flow of goods through Receiving, Storage, Replenishment and Stock-taking.
• Perform daily stock-takes (cycle counts) and investigate discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Handle inbound/outbound checks: receive, inspect, verify shipments, assist with picking/packing for local/export deliveries as needed.
• Update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) using handheld scanners or tablets.
• Organize storage bins according to FIFO/FEFO and ensure high-density storage efficiency.
• Process customer and vendor returns and determine disposition (refurbish/restock/dispose).
• Identify and segregate damaged/expired/non-conforming goods to a quarantine zone per safety standards.
• Maintain records of Hold/Rejected stock and coordinate with QA/Procurement on disposition.
• Ensure 100% accuracy and timely stock replenishment from bulk reserve locations to active bins.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards and assist with cross-functional warehouse tasks.

• Monthly Basic Salary of SGD2,000 to SGD2,100

• Working hours Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm, Saturday 7am to 11am (5.5-day week)

• Medical/dental claims, basic hospitalization insurance cover are provided.

• Our warehouse is located at Boon Lay Area (JTC MedTech Hub 2 Tukang Innovation Grove, Singapore 618305)

• Work in a supportive operations team of over 20 team members and report to the Inventory Manager who will be providing the necessary training to assimilate the successful applicant into the style of work and expected duties here.

Responsibilities

To maintain 100% inventory accuracy and ensure the smooth flow of goods through efficient receiving, storage, replenishment and stock-taking processes.

• Perform daily stock-takes (cycle counts) and investigate discrepancies between physical stock and system records.

• Inbound/Outbound check such as receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against DOs/POs. When required, assist with picking and packing for daily local/export deliveries.

• Update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) promptly using handheld scanners or tablets.

• Organize storage bins according to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) / FEFO (First Expire First Out) and ensure high-density storage efficiency.

• Process customer and vendor returns; inspect item condition and determine whether products should be refurbished, restocked, or disposed of.

• Identify and physically segregate damaged, expired, or non-conforming goods into the designated Quarantine Zone. Ensure the Quarantine area meets safety standards and is clearly demarcated to prevent accidental shipment of defective goods.

• Maintain accurate records of "Hold" and "Rejected" stock, and coordinate with the QA and Procurement teams on the final disposition or disposal of affected items.

• Ensure 100% accuracy and timely stock replenishment from bulk reserve locations to active bins upon trigger or request.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with 5S and WSH regulations, while providing ad-hoc operational support and assisting with cross-functional warehouse tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Able to carry loads of up to 30kg.

• Minimum 1 year in a warehouse environment with inventory management experience.

• Preferred skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, good command of written and spoken English, and strong attention to detail.

• Valid Singapore Forklift and/or Reach Truck License is highly preferred.

Salary and Remuneration

• Monthly Basic Salary of SGD2,000 to SGD2,100
