Job summary

The Ministry of Digital Development and Information invites applications for a role within the Data Office team. You will contribute to the evaluation of ongoing programmes, support data collection activities such as site visits and observational studies, and help synthesise findings into concise reports.

You will also support capability development efforts and the design of learning materials, including interactive multimedia elements to boost learner engagement.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct research and evaluation work, including fieldwork and hands-on data collection activities.
• Ability to evaluate and synthesise research findings and learning resources.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. Canva, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing programme evaluation projects, including participating in data collection activities (e.g. site visits, observational studies) and synthesising findings into summary reports
• Support ongoing programme evaluation capability development efforts (e.g. workshops)
• Support the development and evaluation of learning materials and resources, including designing interactive and multimedia elements to enhance learner engagement

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to conduct research and evaluation work, including fieldwork and hands-on data collection activities
• Ability to evaluate and synthesise research findings and learning resources
• Good communication and writing skills
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. Canva, PowerPoint)
• Basic proficiency in data analysis is a plus
• Experience or interest in creating materials on e-learning platforms is a plus
