Job summary

The Ministry of Digital Development and Information invites applications for a role within the Data Office team. You will contribute to the evaluation of ongoing programmes, support data collection activities such as site visits and observational studies, and help synthesise findings into concise reports.

You will also support capability development efforts and the design of learning materials, including interactive multimedia elements to boost learner engagement.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct research and evaluation work, including fieldwork and hands-on data collection activities.
• Ability to evaluate and synthesise research findings and learning resources.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. Canva, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing programme evaluation projects, including data collection activities and synthesising findings into summary reports.
• Assist in capability development efforts related to evaluation (e.g. workshops).
• Assist in development and evaluation of learning materials and resources, including interactive multimedia elements.
