Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised teaching qualification (e.g., QTS or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education is required; a Master’s degree is preferred for senior leadership roles.
• Significant international school leadership experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to manage the daily operation of the school according to policies and quality standards.
• Communicate with parents effectively and build rapport and trusted relationships.
• Guide and mentor teachers to raise the standard and performance of the school.
• Plan, develop and implement the programme, curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment.
• Lead the overall vision, culture, and academic direction of the school.
• Support sustainable growth and high-quality educational outcomes policies and ensure full implementation across the school.
• Take on other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
