Job summary

Sentosa Development Corporation seeks a Deputy Manager, International Leisure to lead the South Asia, Middle East and Long-haul teams in growing visitorship and revenue. You will craft sales programmes, build strong stakeholder relationships, and coordinate familiarisation trips and trade events to promote Sentosa as a premier destination.

You will communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs while leveraging internal resources to achieve objectives and sustain business growth,

Qualifications

• Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration is required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a related tourism or travel industry with a proven sales track record.
• Experience in preparing itineraries for leisure travel and group contracts.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent follow‑up ability.
• Numerate with strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese.
• Willingness to travel and work on weekends/public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Support Unit Head in executing strategies to achieve visitorship and revenue growth.
• Guide and support team on strategy, market performance, and budget targets.
• Develop and implement sales programmes to increase awareness of Sentosa as a destination.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
• Identify and solicit new and existing accounts to exceed targets through calls, meetings, and site inspections.
• Manage leads and close sales across Sentosa sales platforms, including the B2B portal.
• Organise and participate in industry trade shows, travel functions and business events.
• Plan familiarisation trips and site inspections for clients such as travel agents and DMCs.
• Prepare presentations, business papers, and trip reports for senior management.
