GlaxoSmithKline in Singapore seeks a Hematology International Lead to shape and execute the Hematology portfolio strategy across the International Region, aligning with global brand strategy while adapting to diverse local market needs. Qualifications

In-market (LOC) experience across multiple markets.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.
Fluent English; a second regional language desirable.
High digital fluency with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

Define and drive International Hematology strategy aligned to global priorities.
Oversee portfolio to identify growth opportunities across markets.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Government Affairs and Commercial teams.
Embed best practices and coach LOCs and sub-regional teams across markets.
Represent the International Region at global Hematology product forums with strategic clarity and market insight.
Anticipate portfolio evolution and competitive moves to maintain competitiveness.
Influence diverse stakeholders across countries and regions, leading without direct authority.
