DKSH invites you to join the Healthcare Business Unit as Associate Director, Regional Partnership & Launch Excellence Lead, a senior role accountable for critical regional partnerships and driving patient access across APAC.

You will own launch readiness, shape go-to-market strategies for Oncology-Haematology and Immunology, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver disciplined execution across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a Science-based discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry with launch excellence.
• Strong brand planning and strategic planning capabilities; translate strategy into execution.

Responsibilities

• Own regional client relationships across DKSH country teams and partners.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for Oncology-Haematology and Immunology.
• Establish Launch Excellence frameworks and best practices across markets.
• Coordinate with client to identify growth opportunities and align on prioritization.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership.
