Job summary

SPH Media is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager, Internal Communications to lead strategic internal communications, boost employee engagement, and reinforce brand pride across the organisation. You will develop communications plans, create engaging content, and work with stakeholders to support change and crisis communications, while building the intranet as a connected community platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; preferably five years' experience in communications/marketing.
• Experience in Internal Communications is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic Internal Communications initiatives aligned with corporate narratives.
• Plan and organise internal corporate events, including townhalls and leadership offsites.
• Create and distribute engaging internal content across formats; manage content calendars.
