Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, communications, journalism or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years' of working experience in a communications role preferred.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• A strong passion for writing.
• Good research and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Videography and photography skills a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and pitch story ideas to media platforms to increase WH's profile.
• Draft materials for media and external audiences including news releases, fact sheets, speeches, talking points and FAQs.
• Facilitate media interviews and tours with minimal supervision.
• Build and maintain relationships with local media and influencers.
• Support the team in managing the media during incidents/crises.
• Monitor media coverage; prepare reports for management.
• Plan and support internal events or projects.
• Act as a contact point for internal stakeholders to gather content.
• Write leadership content for internal and external platforms (Viva Engage, LinkedIn).
• Take charge of assigned administrative tasks (vendor management, procurement and documentation).
• Photography and videography for events to be used in collateral.
