Job summary

Grab is offering a full-time internship in Singapore from January to June 2026, onsite at our One North office. You will support the Talent Acquisition team across the end-to-end recruitment process, engaging with a global talent pool and refining candidate criteria.

You will gain experience with sourcing, screening, and offer management, using recruitment platforms and AI tools to enhance engagement, and contributing to workflow optimization projects.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Arts & Social Science, or related fields.
• Experience in teamwork and contributing to group goals.
• Ability to identify tasks and drive process flows to meet timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and relationship-building with candidates.
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms.

You will manage the hiring process and engage with a global talent workforce. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner onsite at Grab's Singapore One North office.

This is a full-time internship from January to June 2026, and you will be fully on-site.
