Job summary

City Developments Limited (CDL) offers an internship with its Sustainability team in Singapore. You will support data collection, validation and submissions for ESG benchmarks such as S&P Dow Jones Indices, Sustainalytics, GRESB, CDP and Corporate Knights Global 100, and assist gap analyses against peers.

Responsibilities include CDL's sustainability reporting, data consolidation with GRI/SASB/ISSB, coordinating internal stakeholders, preparing investor materials, and drafting

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong interest in ESG, sustainability reporting, and corporate responsibility.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and organisational skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft content for sustainability press releases, speeches, and social media.

• Support the development of thought leadership materials and campaign messaging.
• Monitor media coverage and ESG trends relevant to CDL.
• ESG Data & Platform Management
• Support the management and maintenance of ESG data platforms and internal dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across systems.
• Assist in digitalisation and process improvement initiatives for ESG data management.
• Research & Special Projects
• Conduct research on emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Support ad-hoc projects, partnerships, and internal initiatives led by the Sustainability team.
• General Administrative and Project Support
• Assist with financial and administrative work related to sustainability projects.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports, and briefing notes for the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO).
• Represent CDL at external conferences and sustainability-related events where required.
