Job summary

Singapore Environment Council seeks a Certification Analyst / Senior Certification Analyst to lead eco-certification schemes and advisory projects. You will develop criteria, implement training, and oversee certification programs to promote sustainable practices across industries.

Responsibilities include evaluating applications, conducting audits, managing accreditation activities, and coordinating with the Business Development team on sustainability projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of carbon emission protocols (SBTi, GHG Protocol, Paris Agreement).
• Familiarity with waste management regulations and ESG frameworks.
• Experience with ISO standards (14001, 14024, 17065, 14064/14065).
• Proficient in Sustainability Reporting (GRI, SDG).
• Excellent analytical, research, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in English.

Key Responsibilities

Environmental Certifications – Development

• Develop new SGLS product criteria and eco-certification schemes.
• Design and implement training and assessment programs for sustainability.
