Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Singapore is offering a College Intern position in Process and Digitalization. You will work with the engineering team to develop smart factory solutions using AI, IIoT, and automation in our high-speed manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automation, Computer Engineering, Data Science/Analytics/AI, and can commit to 5–6 months full-time starting January 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automation, Computer Engineering or Data Science/AI.
• Available for a 5–6 month full-time internship starting Jan 2027.
• Strong communication and teamwork; ability to communicate ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering to develop smart factory solutions using AI/IIoT and automation.
• Work with high-speed semiconductor packaging tools in a manufacturing setting.
• Participate in concurrent projects on production, sustainability and new product introduction.
