Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines.
• Experience in accounting or finance is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.

Responsabilités

• Support Accounts Receivable functions and follow up on outstanding tenant accounts.
• Review and reconcile tenants' audited sales statements and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate tenant sales data in the accounting system.
• Perform periodic audits of sales records, vouchers, and supporting schedules.
• Liaise with internal/external teams to resolve documentation discrepancies.
• Support lease accounting processes, including data maintenance and periodic reconciliations.
• Maintain organized records to support audit and compliance requirements.
• Participate in finance projects, system enhancements, and process improvements.
• Provide day-to-day business support and assist with assigned finance tasks.

Job Requirements

• Education & Certification: Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines
• Experience: Prior accounting or finance-related experience will be an advantage
• Other Prerequisites:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Programmes
  • Strong attention to detail with good analytical and organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player with a high level of integrity, responsibility with the ability to multi-task
