Job summary

CapitaLand is seeking a motivated design intern to assist in developing design concepts and produce detailed architectural drawings for hospitality projects. You will work with the design team to refine solutions and participate in client meetings.

This internship offers hands-on experience in site visits, documentation, and sourcing materials, with guidance from senior designers. Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Interior Design or Architecture and be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp,

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles and interior architecture.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Creative and a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
• Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations is a plus.
• Interest in hospitality design and planning is a plus.
