The ideal candidate has a diploma with at least 2 years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling tools. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with working hours Monday to Friday and Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and formulate space planning to meet client needs and project goals.
• Generate 3D computerized perspective drawings and create detailed design documentation for construction and material selection.
• Prepare presentations illustrating design intent and color schemes to support project approvals.
• Collaborate and liaise effectively with contractors and project managers to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
• Apply proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling tools to produce accurate design outputs.
• Manage design tasks independently to deliver quality results within deadlines.
