Job summary

Mediacorp, Singapore's leading content creator and national media network, seeks a driven professional to support enterprise architecture and cloud governance initiatives. You will help maintain governance documents and contribute to architecture reviews to ensure compliance with security standards.

The role also involves ITSM practices, incident management, and collaboration across teams to implement monitoring, alerting, and cost optimization across cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Qualifications

• Interest in enterprise architecture, cloud governance, and IT operations.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) incl. compute, storage, networking, and IAM.
• Familiarity with ITSM and incident/change management.
• Nice to have API management experience (e.g., Kong).
• Strong documentation and presentation skills using Confluence or SharePoint.
• Analytical mindset with detail orientation and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining enterprise architecture and governance documentation.
• Support cloud infrastructure governance initiatives covering compliance, access control, and cost optimization.
• Contribute to architecture reviews to align with governance and security standards.
• Participate in ITSM and incident management improvement projects with documentation and automation
• Collaborate with internal teams to support new monitoring opportunities and alert management.
• Research and benchmark cloud governance, FinOps, and AI platform integration tools and practices.
• Support evaluation and subscription processes for new IT infrastructure governance tools.
