Job summary

Phillip Capital Inc. invites motivated undergraduates or graduates to join its Marketing internship in Singapore.

The role centers on market research, campaign support, and cross‑unit collaboration to enhance POEMS’ marketing with a High Touch and High Tech approach. You will assist in planning events, email campaigns, and promotions, track performance, and help prepare materials with sales, design, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Strong interest in events/campaign management and improving marketing operational efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Confident interacting with clients during offline/physical events.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.

Job description

PhillipCapital pioneered the utilisation of online trading, and launched the POEMS trading platform in 1996. The marketing team’s mission is to communicate POEMS’ unique value proposition— using a High Touch and High Tech approach to empower traders. We aim to build lasting relationships with traders and investors while providing education, support, and resources through our dedicated team of 1,000 sales professionals and various other channels to enhance their trading experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities

Market Research

• Conduct market research about industry trends
• Competitor analysis
• Ultimately use these pain points to suggest improvements

Campaign Support

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, online ads, and events (e.g. investment seminar).
• Help track the performance of marketing campaigns and analyze results to improve future strategies.
• Support the team in creating marketing strategies and materials for upcoming promotions.

Collaborating with various Business Units

• Work closely with other departments (sales, design, product) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Attend team meetings to provide updates and insights into ongoing projects.
