Job summary

ING WB Asia Internship Programme 2027 in Singapore invites curious interns to join the Compliance team for a 6-month period (January–June). You will assist in updating local and regional compliance policies, support Enterprise Risk Management rollout, and help with the rollout of mandatory training while gaining hands-on exposure to regulatory topics.

Experience with web programming languages will be looked on favorably.

What does the Compliance Team do in ING?

Compliance professionals based in Singapore covering Asia as well as Singapore on various compliance risk and regulatory topics such as Market Conduct, Conflicts of Interest, Competition, Anti Bribery and Corruption, Customer Centricity, Data Protection, Record Retention and Ethics & Culture.

What will you be doing?

• Assist in updating and maintaining local/regional compliance framework/ policies/ procedures, including but not limited to, Individual Accountability and Conduct, and Related Parties Transaction
• Assist in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) rollout for Compliance policies
• Assist in rollout of mandatory Compliance trainings
• Assist the Singapore Compliance team on any ad hoc projects that arises from ordinary course of business
